Complete Engine Overhauls
Our flagship service. Every engine receives a full strip-down, with each component individually inspected, measured, and assessed against manufacturer tolerances. We document everything with photographic evidence, so you see exactly what we see.
Engine Exchange Programme
Where available, our exchange programme dramatically reduces your aircraft downtime. Thanks to our significant investment in stock, we can often provide an overhauled exchange engine while yours is being rebuilt.
Dynamometer Testing
Every engine we build is tested on our dynamometer across the full operating range. This is not a formality — it is the final quality assurance step that confirms your engine meets or exceeds all performance parameters before it returns to you.
Magneto Servicing & Overhaul
Magnetos are critical components requiring regular servicing and periodic overhaul. When we zero-time an engine, we typically supply new magnetos as standard. However, we also provide a price reduction option if you prefer to have your existing magnetos overhauled, making this a flexible and cost-effective choice.
Parts & Components
Our substantial investment in parts stock means we carry a comprehensive inventory of commonly required components. This investment directly benefits you through reduced lead times and faster turnaround on your engine build.
